When you place an order online to purchase a product from Your Little Secret you will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of, and the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we deliver the product to you. Any product on the same order which we have not delivered to you do not form part of that contract. You warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.
Description of the Goods
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the website. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
The supply of goods from this website is subject to availability and whilst every care will be taken to keep all details up to date, it may not always be possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. In the rare case of this happening a refund will be given. We do not take deposits or put items on hold either in store or online.

We aim to dispatch all items within three working days of your order being received.
Returns/ Cancellation Policy
We are not required to exchange any goods for any other goods.
There is a ‘No Returns’ policy on goods bought directly from the boutique at Petersfield. Please ensure that you are happy with your choice before purchasing.
All online purchases must be made in full including postage and packing before we will send out any goods.
We will refund to the customer the price for the product paid online subject to the following conditions:
The customer has inspected the goods immediately upon receipt of delivery and shall notify and return the goods to us within 14 days from the date of receipt of delivery. If the customer fails to do so the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
The customer is liable for the payment of all postage and packaging for the return of the product.
Goods that are returned which are damaged or soiled or have had our labels and/or designer labels and or integral packaging removed, damaged or defaced will not be the subject of a refund or credit and will be sent back to the customer at their cost. We will raise an invoice for the cost of the post and packaging and once the payment is received the product(s) will be returned.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging and a return will not be accepted if the garment/dust bags or shoe/ tiara boxes, as applicable, are not included or are damaged.

Cancellation of Online Purchases
Orders cancelled within 12 hours after payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund if the product has not yet been ordered from the supplier. Please contact email@example.com if you decide that you wish to cancel your order and we will endeavour to accommodate your request if possible.
Customs Fees & Charges for Overseas Delivery
Orders that are shipped overseas may be subject to customs duties, and these are not included in the purchase price. As the buyer, you’re responsible for these charges – unfortunately, we have no control over them and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you’d like any further information, please contact your local customs office.
When submitting your order you are agreeing to the purchase of goods and to allowing Your Little Secret to use your personal data for the purpose of supplying the goods. Your Little Secret will not use or sell your personal details for any other reason.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.
We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss even if the loss was reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when the contract for the sale of goods was formed.
Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Purchase at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions of Purchase in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Governing law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
