What are your delivery charges?
Courier charges apply to any item in the online shop and from the Boutique. Your total delivery charge will be shown in your basket. Our delivery charges are:
International delivery is not available via the online shop. Please contact us if you would like to order from outside the UK. Items can be delivered internationally, but please be aware that additional charges may apply.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all goods – by our chosen courier – within three working days of receiving the order and cleared payment. You should, therefore, receive all your purchases within seven working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) of placing your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and the website address of the courier company for your reference.
